Agreement to Terms

By using Tallahassee Mobile Mechanic services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide mobile automotive repair and maintenance services in Tallahassee and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to decline any service request. Not all repairs can be performed mobile — we will advise you before any work begins.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided before work begins. If additional issues are discovered during repair, we notify you before proceeding. You may decline additional work at any time.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. We do not require upfront payment before service.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship against defects in labor. Parts are subject to manufacturer warranty terms. Warranty does not cover accidents, misuse, or work by others after our service.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions unrelated to our service.
